Tammy accompanied husband Tom the first day they came to give us an estimate for installing our generator. The office staff called to keep us informed on the ordering and delivery of our Kohler whole house generator. We appreciated they promptly sent a receipt for our down payment. The first evening we called to inquire about the features of a Kohler generator, Tammy told us of some features and said she would ask Tom Jauss, her husband, to call us when he got home. Tom spent a hour telling us of the features of the generator and answering our questions. I asked Tom to explain their company's Titanium Rating, the highest rating given by the Kohler Generator Company for their company, Lawton Power Systems. He explained their son, Mike, their project manager, and Jesse and Bob all receive training from The Kohler Generator Company every year to be able to deliver excellent service to their customers purchasing Kohler generators. Mike, Jesse and Bob arrived on time. Each worked three solid hours installing our generator and a whole house surge protector. My husband observed they worked extremely well as a team. He said they did their electrical work with exceptional quality care. He felt each man was extremely qualified. Our property was left neat, clean, and equipped with an excellent Kohler generator and whole house surge protector. If we could give this company TEN STARS we would. We are so grateful we found them. Knowing we would need future maintenance service is an important reason we chose them.”
